Our Services
At Dream-Maker Wedding Consultants we offer a wide range of wedding
planning services from booking vendors to making hotel reservations.
We offer packages that give you the greatest value by combining
several services at a low price. Take a look at our packages to see
which one will work for you.
We not only offer different levels of service and involvement, but
we are willing to create a custom package to meet your needs.
Some of the wedding planning services could include: researching
and referring ceremony sites and reception sites, photographers,
florists, limousines, music for the ceremony and reception,
decorators, booking hotel rooms for out-of-town guests and suggestions
for wedding favours.
There are many more services that can be provided; this is just a
sample of some of the things that can be done for you.
Booking individualized vendors of your choice as well as other
miscellaneous services can also be arranged at your request. Please

What Does A Wedding
Consultant Do?
Before the wedding
-
Create a realistic
budget for the type of wedding you wish to have.

Booking
individualized vendors of your choice.
-
Offering advice
regarding the wedding itinerary and wedding day agenda.
-
Researching wedding
favor ideas, as well as table linens, centerpieces, and decoration
suggestions.

Research wedding
program formats.
-
Provide suggestions
regarding receiving line, order of speeches and wedding etiquette.
-
Assist in menu
selection and bar set-up.
-
Attend bridal party
fittings (if you so wish).
-
Attend and assist at
the wedding rehearsal.
-
Provide a wedding day
agenda.
-
And anything else you
feel you need help with.
The Day Of The Wedding
-
Be at the ceremony
and reception to greet vendors, ensure set-up is correct and assist
with any last minute details.

Greet wedding party
and ensure everyone knows their roles.

Assist with pinning
corsages and boutonnières on bridal. party and special guests.

Act as a "go-between"
for the bride and groom on the wedding day.

Sometimes attending
photo session to provide any assistance that may be required.

Provide the cheques
for the various vendors from the bride and groom.

Assist in
pre-ceremony details. (photographer in place, music ready etc.)

Removal (and/or
transfer) of ceremony decorations.

Ensure wedding
presents are transferred to their appropriate place for the evening.

Act as the on-site
contact, so that you may enjoy your day without being bothered by
the small details.

Prepare wedding night
hotel room.

- Printed instructions provided to the wedding party
- Assistance at the rehearsal
- Oversee wedding ceremony and reception (up to the serving of

- Consultation as required (10 hours)
- Co-ordination of four vendor services
- Co-ordinate all the details of the 4 vendor selections
- Printed instructions provided to the wedding party
- Assistance at the rehearsal
- Oversee the wedding ceremony and reception (up to the dance)
- Include special touches to enhance your day
- Free 30 minute consultation
- Consultation as required
- Develop an overall scheme
- Co-ordination of all vendor services
- Co-ordinate all details of the wedding vendor services
- Ongoing advice regarding etiquette, budget and wedding day
activities
- Assistance at the rehearsal
- Oversee the wedding ceremony and reception, and be at your
personal assistance for the day (10 hours)*
